Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you use the contact form or the lead form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, mobile number, property state, address, city, ZIP, the loan goal you select, the cash amount you're looking for, and your consent choices. When you book through the calendar, the booking tool collects your name, contact details and the time you choose.

Information the tools use. The Equity Snapshot and the HELOC payment calculator run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us unless you also submit a form.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, referring site and approximate location from your IP address. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used.

We don't ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers or date of birth through this site, and please don't send them by email or text.

Form submissions go into the customer relationship management system West Capital Lending uses (GoHighLevel), so Brian and his team can follow up. The booking calendar is provided by the same system. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. If you move forward with a loan, your information is shared with lenders, credit bureaus, appraisers, title and escrow companies and others as needed to process it, as described in West Capital Lending's privacy notice.

If you're a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell personal information. Some information tied to a loan application is covered by federal financial privacy law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) rather than the California Consumer Privacy Act. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for every page and form. No website or email system is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive financial documents through the site.

We'll update this policy when our practices change and change the date at the top.
