Where I work
I live and work in Yorba Linda and serve all of Orange County, plus Chino Hills and Corona just over the county line. Because I'm licensed in 32 states, most of the process runs by phone, text and secure online documents, so you don't need to be nearby. When a face-to-face meeting helps, I'm happy to meet in North Orange County.
